The Knocks - Classic (Le Youth Remix)

If I could shuffle, I would do so for hours to this tune.

But I can't shuffle, so as a consolation I will just awkwardly punch the air.
(Jokes, there would be nothing awkward about it cause i'm actually sick at dancing).

Anyway, yeah.
Le Youth has done a remix of The Knocks track 'Classic' and it's pretty funky; good vibes, very catchy, I'm liking muchly.

This remix, alongside one from RAC became available to purchase over on Beatport yesterday. Follow this link to grab yourself a copy.

Sampha - Too Much (Spectrasoul Bootleg)

Shogun Audio's 10th birthday celebrations have already kicked off with their first event being last Friday at the infamous Rainbow Venues in Birmingham and from here on out will see the label take their celebrations all around the major cities of the UK. I'm lucky enough to have secured myself a ticket for the upcoming event this Friday in London's Studio Spaces, and boy is it looking to be a big one. Haven't been this excited for a rave in a long time and for good reason, the all-star line up includes sets from Friction, Technimatic, Icicle, Rockwell, Spectrasoul and the list goes on..
To add to this excitement, Spectrasoul have just released their bootleg of Sampha's most popular solo hit 'Too Much' as a free download. Stunning production as expected from Spectrasoul; listen and download below:-

Great Good Fine OK - By My Side

It's a thoroughly rainy wednesday morning here in London, but Brooklyn-based duo Great Good Fine OK inject a bit of electro-pop sunshine into the first day of October with their newly brandished song 'By My Side', taken from their forthcoming debut EP 'Body Diamond' just a mere week before its release.

Synth-pop production with a sprinkling of indie influence all topped off with a catchy falsetto hook. These guys know what to do when it comes to infectious, sparkling and all-round feel good productions. Can't wait to get my hands on the EP and indulge in this sound more regularly.

Comeback - Ella Eyre (S.P.Y Jungle Remix)

Ella Eyre deserves some huge respect for her rapid ascension into the UK music scene, having originally broke into the scene as a songwriter 3 years ago, writing tracks for and featuring alongside the likes of Rudimental, Professor Green, Sigma and Bastille. At only 20 years of age Eyre has not only secured herself as one of the fresh talents to watch, but has also developed a wide-spread fanbase which only seems to be growing.

The new single 'Comeback' is out now to which Hospital veteran S.P.Y has provided two remixes. His jungle remix, featured below, is a no holds barred rave tune i'm sure was designed to purvey in his and others forthcoming sets, keeping much more to what you expect a S.P.Y remix to be. Whereas the summer remix takes a more commercial approach, keeping most of the original in tact with added breaks and a satisfying groove.

Remix EP available now, features these remixes and more from the likes of Mike Delinquent and Waze & Odyssey - buy now.

ODESZA - Say My Name (Cln Remix)

Seattle-based production duo ODESZA released their track 'Say My Name' not long ago, featuring the incredible vocals of Zyra.
The track has proved to be a big hit online and is a gorgeous production in itself. The duo take it the step further by holding a remix competition of the track, which will earn the winner a shed-load of prizes and promotions.
The frontrunner of the competition is currently looking to be Aussie producer cln.
And for the answer as to why, you can just listen: -

Spectrem - Run

Signed to Drumsound & Bassline Smith's label Technique Recordings, Australian producer Spectrem has been brought over the pond and takes a newbie role in the UK drum roster, but what a way to enter the scene with 'Run' taken from the forthcoming 2-track EP 'Backfire / Run'. Available to purchase here.

Spectrem a.k.a Ben Polson has pulled out the big guns here, Run is just a pure reverential jungle production. Accompanied by a deep roller of a bassline and a stunning vocal hook, a production like this shows that this guy knows his stuff and I look forward to hearing more of whats to come.

T.I. - No Mediocre (Grandtheft Remix)

The biggest.
Canadian producer and club bandit Grandtheft provides the 808 drums and and some extra synth.
T.I's 'No Mediocre' feat. Iggy Azalea is the first single to drop of his forthcoming album, and Grandtheft, taking the official remix duties, has gone and turned it into a trap triumph; heavy and effective and bound to get everybody feeling loose.

Turn up.
